Sofia Dias is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Floreer. With more than 20 years of experience, she is seasoned in global contract compliance, corporate policies, systems modernisation, business start-up, restructuring and transformation and has a track record in solving business issues, creating value and opportunities, and driving successful change. She has engaged with clients across the globe, including locations in Africa, Europe, North America and South America.
She has managed major projects in Uzbekistan, Georgia, Russia, Brazil and Nicaragua, and played a key role in the establishment of international offices, including a project office based in Abuja (Nigeria), defining and implementing corporate and project governance as well as recruiting for senior roles. She has established global contract compliance good practices and managed compliance teams across more than 30 countries. Furthermore, she has coordinated the decentralisation of a major consultancy's main strategic functions and implemented processes to support restructuring.

She has the skills and capacity to engage with the right people, resolve difficult issues and establish sustainable solutions.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the School of Economics and Management (ISEG) in Lisbon and an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Leicester University in partnership with Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Poitiers (France). Horse-riding is her passion together with her own continuous development and new challenges. She is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
