Dr Daren Warburton
Managing Partner, Co-founder
Dr Daren Warburton is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Floreer. He is an industry leader in advanced risk analytics, asset performance, business performance and risk management, bringing more than 25 years of experience to Floreer. His work has been wide-ranging, encompassing a variety of projects, programmes, tenders and industries, working alongside clients, stakeholders and multiple national and international partners. He has consulted on a variety of engagements within the UK, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, working with clients such as Network Rail, ProRail (The Netherlands), Highways Agency (now Highways England), Transport for London, Tube Lines, Kowloon-Canton Railway (Hong Kong), Taiwan High-Speed Rail and the Land Transport Authority (Singapore). Daren has been instrumental in delivering added value to several key tenders and programmes, with several notable examples leading to their positive transformation. Before co-founding Floreer, Daren was a Director of Asset Performance Management, providing risk and performance advisory to EC Harris (now Arcadis) in London and The Netherlands, and consulted for Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP) in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. He earned a Bachelor's degree from The University of Liverpool and a Master's degree and PhD in Risk Management from Cranfield University. Besides his wife and daughter, he is passionate about road cycling, continual learning and data science. He is a native English speaker and can converse in Portuguese.

Managing Partner, Co-founder
Sofia Dias is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Floreer. With more than 20 years of experience, she is seasoned in global contract compliance, corporate policies, systems modernisation, business start-up, restructuring and transformation and has a track record in solving business issues, creating value and opportunities, and driving successful change. She has engaged with clients across the globe, including locations in Africa, Europe, North America and South America. She has managed major projects in Uzbekistan, Georgia, Russia, Brazil and Nicaragua, and played a key role in the establishment of international offices, including a project office based in Abuja (Nigeria), defining and implementing corporate and project governance as well as recruiting for senior roles. She has established global contract compliance good practices and managed compliance teams across more than 30 countries. Furthermore, she has coordinated the decentralisation of a major consultancy's main strategic functions and implemented processes to support restructuring. Sofia advocates that change leads to business success. She has helped to transform global organisations through the implementation of modern and innovative systems and processes. She has the skills and capacity to engage with the right people, resolve difficult issues and establish sustainable solutions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the School of Economics and Management (ISEG) in Lisbon and an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Leicester University in partnership with Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Poitiers (France). Horse-riding is her passion together with her own continuous development and new challenges. She is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
