Dr Daren Warburton is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Floreer. He is an industry leader in advanced risk analytics, asset performance, business performance and risk management, bringing more than 25 years of experience to Floreer. His work has been wide-ranging, encompassing a variety of projects, programmes, tenders and industries, working alongside clients, stakeholders and multiple national and international partners.
He has consulted on a variety of engagements within the UK, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, working with clients such as Network Rail, ProRail (The Netherlands), Highways Agency (now Highways England), Transport for London, Tube Lines, Kowloon-Canton Railway (Hong Kong), Taiwan High-Speed Rail and the Land Transport Authority (Singapore). Daren has been instrumental in delivering added value to several key tenders and programmes, with several notable examples leading to their positive transformation. Before co-founding Floreer, Daren was a Director of Asset Performance Management, providing risk and performance advisory to EC Harris (now Arcadis) in London and The Netherlands, and consulted for Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP) in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.
He earned a Bachelor's degree from The University of Liverpool and a Master's degree and PhD in Risk Management from Cranfield University. Besides his wife and daughter, he is passionate about road cycling, continual learning and data science. He is a native English speaker and can converse in Portuguese.
