Challenge
Ambev, one of the world's largest beverages companies, managed a vast portfolio of contracts across its Brazilian operations. Contract management processes were largely manual and decentralised, leading to inefficiencies, compliance risks, and limited visibility of contractual obligations and performance across the organisation.
Solution
Floreer led the implementation of a digital contract lifecycle management solution, working with Ambev's legal, procurement, and operations teams to map existing processes, define requirements, and configure the platform. The programme included process redesign, data migration, user training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
Outcome
The digital solution provided Ambev with centralised visibility of its contract portfolio, automated key workflows, and improved compliance monitoring. Contract cycle times were reduced, and the organisation gained the ability to analyse contract data to inform commercial decision-making. The platform was successfully adopted across the organisation.
